Terms and conditions
- Gentse Gidsen vzw commits itself to carrying out a reservation placed and paid for online. After payment the customer receives the invoice via e-mail. Please mention the reference-number of the reservation in each contact.
2. Terms of payment and cancellation
- Payment online or via transfer 14 days before the date of the service at the latest.
- In case of cancellation at least 14 days before the date of the service: 100% reimbursement
- In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the date of the service: 50% reimbursement
- In case of cancellation as from 7 days before the date of the service or in case of ‘no show’: no reimbursement
- Replanning without extra cost for a paid reservation is possible up to 7 days before the date of the service. If later, an administrative cost of 15 Euro will be due.
3. When Gentse Gidsen cannot carry out a paid reservation due to circumstances beyond its control the amount paid will be completely reimbursed.
4. In case a reservation is not paid for at least 14 days before the date of the service, the reservation will not be carried out unless otherwise agreed by e-mail with the customer.
5. Only Belgian law is applicable. In case of dispute only the Courts of Justice of Ghent have jurisdiction.
